Terms of Sale

We sell cannabis products to adults aged 21 and over. You must be 21 or older to place an order, and the person receiving the delivery must be 21 or older as well.

Our driver checks a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery, every time. Have it ready. We cannot hand over an order to anyone who does not present ID, whose ID does not match the order, or who appears to be under the influence — in those cases the order is returned undelivered.

Reselling what you buy from us, or passing it to anyone under 21, is prohibited.

Harvest House LLC. is licensed by the California DCC — license C9-0000716-LIC, Retailer — Non-Storefront (delivery only). We have no retail storefront: all sales are made by delivery, and we deliver only within the area our license allows.

We deliver to Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Santa Monica. If your address falls outside the area we are licensed to serve, we cannot complete the order and will refund any prepayment.

Orders are accepted every day, 9am — 10pm. Orders placed outside those hours are handled the next day we are open.

We aim to deliver within 60 minutes of confirming an order. That is a target, not a guarantee: traffic, weather and order volume affect it, and a missed estimate is not grounds for a refund.

• The order minimum is $22 before taxes. Orders below it cannot be delivered.
• Delivery is free on every order.
• Prices shown on the site include applicable cannabis taxes. Paying with cash costs exactly the price shown.
• Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, Debit or credit card are accepted with a 6% processing fee added to the total. Choose your payment method before the driver arrives.
• Prices and product availability change as stock moves. The price that applies is the one shown when we confirm your order.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline it — for example if the item sold out, the address is outside our licensed area, we cannot verify age, or we suspect the order is not for personal use. Nothing is charged for a declined order.

You can cancel free of charge any time before the driver leaves with your order — call or text us at +1 (626) 655-0055. Once the driver is on the way, cancellation is at our discretion, and a repeatedly cancelled or refused delivery may lead us to decline future orders.

Check your order in front of the driver. Cannabis products cannot be returned once the delivery is complete — California rules do not permit a licensed retailer to take back and resell product that has left its control.

That does not apply to a genuine problem with what we handed you: a damaged or defective item, the wrong item, or a missing item. Contact us as soon as you notice it and keep the product and its packaging — we will replace it or refund it once we have confirmed what happened.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Product descriptions, strain names, THC and CBD figures and customer reviews describe the product, not a treatment, and the statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Cannabis affects people differently and can impair coordination and judgment — do not drive or operate machinery after use. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, talk to a doctor before using cannabis.

Lab figures come from the producer of each product. We publish what the producer reports and cannot independently verify it.

Photos are illustrative. Cannabis is an agricultural product: batches of the same strain differ in appearance, and the item you receive may not look identical to the picture. Weight, potency and packaging come from the producer and are what govern the sale.

The content of harvesthouse.store — text, photographs, layout and the Harvest House name — is ours or used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our consent. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or use it to place fraudulent orders.

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition it left us, to someone who can lawfully receive it. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for how a product is used after delivery.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top shows when this text last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Los Angeles County.
