We deliver cannabis to homes across Covina and West Covina from a state-licensed retailer. The two cities are one area for us: same drivers, same terms, one page.
The rules differ across the city line. Covina allows licensed cannabis shops; West Covina does not, so for West Covina residents delivery is the way to buy from a licensed source. Pick your order from the menu, and the driver brings it to your address and checks your ID on arrival.
Yes, in both cities, for adults 21+ with a valid ID.
Covina allows cannabis retail. Since 2023 its zoning code permits licensed cannabis retailers, both storefront and delivery-only, in its commercial zones (Covina Municipal Code, Chapter 17.84). Delivery to Covina homes from a state-licensed retailer is legal.
West Covina bans cannabis businesses from operating in the city (Development Code Sec. 26-113, Ordinance 2519, 2024). The ban is about businesses located in West Covina and does not mention deliveries from licensed retailers elsewhere. State rules let a licensed retailer deliver to any city in California (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 4, §15416), and a city may not stop licensed deliveries on public roads (Business and Professions Code §26090).
In both cities we deliver to private addresses only: state rules rule out public land and buildings, schools, day care and youth centers.

You do not have to go anywhere: order from home and meet the driver at your address. Shops and delivery are both legal in Covina, so it comes down to what is easier for you.
Yes, if it is a private address and you can meet the driver with your ID. State rules do not allow delivery to public buildings, schools, day care or youth centers.
