Is cannabis delivery legal in Glendora?
We deliver to Glendora under our California state license, a non-storefront retailer license issued by the Department of Cannabis Control.
State rules allow a licensed retailer to deliver to any jurisdiction in California (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 4, §15416), and a city may not prevent licensed deliveries on public roads (Business and Professions Code §26090).
Glendora has its own rules on cannabis. The city does not allow cannabis businesses within its limits, and its municipal code also addresses delivery (Glendora Municipal Code §9.64.040).
Orders are for adults 21+ with a valid government-issued ID and go to private addresses only: state rules rule out public land and buildings, schools, day care and youth centers.
