Subcool's TGA Genetics crossed Apollo-13 with Space Queen, pulling Jack Herer, Romulan and Northern Lights influence into one plant. It took High Times' best sativa award in 2010.
Is Vortex indica or sativa?
Sativa, and a decorated one.
Space Queen also sits behind Space Dawg on this menu, so the two are relatives. Vortex is the brighter half of that family.
Apollo-13 is a Subcool line rarely seen on its own, so crosses like this one are the practical way to meet it.
Cup wins from 2010 say more about the era than about today's shelf, but the cut has lasted.
