Vortex was bred by Subcool's TGA Genetics, crossing Apollo-13 with Space Queen and carrying deep Jack Herer, Romulan, and Northern Lights influence. It's a decorated sativa, having taken High Times' Best Sativa award in 2010 and a Top 10 spot in 2007. The flavor runs sweet-and-sour lemon with tropical mango undertones, while effects vary by phenotype from racy and energetic to notably heavy.
