Sweet, citrusy and skunk-forward, bright and clear rather than heavy. Colombian Gold is a landrace sativa from the Santa Marta mountains, one of the classic imports that reached the United States and Europe in the sixties and seventies.
Why it matters
It went on to parent Skunk #1, which in turn sits behind a large part of modern hybrid breeding. A lot of what is on this shelf owes something to this plant.
